Shipping Policy

Please find the Shipping and Marine Insurance terms as below: –
The Company takes adequate care before shipping the material, we shall ensure proper packaging is done to the products to the best of our ability.
The Terms of the despatch are from Our Ex-Warehouse Basis only: –
• Packing, forwarding and Handling charges Extra as applicable.
• Delivery, Freight and Insurance extra as applicable.
• Installation charges are extra as applicable
• Engineer for installation office to office cost of Travel, Auto/Taxi, Hotel and food has to be paid as per company policy.
Any kind of transit damage or any other issue after the product leaves our premises, it shall be borne by the customer only, we recommend the customer to take appropriate insurance policy/cover for their safety.
In case the insurance is facilitated by the company on request of the customer through its Marine Cargo Open Policy, the Company shall provide supporting documents within its capacity for the issuance of the policy on customer’s behalf. The company’s role is only as a facilitator and shall not be responsible in any way for any reason. The claim (if any) requirements have to be processed by the customer directly with the insurance company so as to avoid any communication gap with a cc to the company.
In the event of any damage the customer shall immediately intimate us by email with a photograph and a video clearly showing the damaged part of the box and/or product for insurance documentation to be provided. The customer has to follow all procedures as per the insurance company. Adequate co-operation shall be given within the company capacity.
If the amount received from the insurance company, the same shall credited to the customer. The company shall repair/replace the product as per the insurance approval and/or receipt of the payment. For any shortage paid by the insurance the difference shall be paid by the customer.
In case of any dispute between the insurance company and the Customer has to be settled directly, Since our role as a facilitator only. The customer shall not make us a party and indemnify us from any proceeding and costs. Directly or indirectly.
In case of disputes both parties shall settle the issue amicably, All Disputes are subject to Bangalore Jurisdiction only and customer automatically agrees to Bangalore Jurisdiction once he purchases any product from the company with any objections.
